Which Korean Grammar Worksheets Should I Start With?
Start with the sheet that matches the lesson you have just finished. Grammar practice works best straight after a lesson, while the rule is fresh. Use this guide:
| Your situation | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You are new to Korean grammar | Beginner Korean Grammar Worksheet | a survey of particles, the polite present, past and negation |
| You leave out or mix up particles | Korean Particles Worksheet | ten particles in three pages, with the last-letter test |
| Verb endings feel random | Korean Conjugation Worksheet | a three-step recipe for 20 verbs, plus six irregular words |
| You can make simple sentences and want to link them | Intermediate Korean Grammar Worksheet | connectors, modifiers and sentence endings |
| You read news or formal texts | Advanced Korean Grammar Worksheet | pattern choice, formal register and error correction |
The next section lists every sheet with the topics on each page.

Advanced Korean Grammar Worksheet
A 3-page PDF at level B2. You choose the right pattern (for example -는 바람에 or -(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라), rewrite informal sentences in a formal register and correct errors.
See Advanced Korean Grammar Worksheet.
How Are the Sheets Related?
The beginner sheet is a survey, and the particles and conjugation sheets are deep dives into two of its topics. The beginner sheet touches particles on pages 1 and 2 and verb forms on pages 3 and 4. The particles sheet and the conjugation sheet take those topics further, with more items and more cases. If you are not sure where you stand, do the beginner sheet first, find the page where you lose marks, and then use the matching topic sheet.
The intermediate and advanced sheets build on the A1 sheets. They assume you can already produce the polite present and past tense without thinking, and they move to linking sentences together and choosing between near-synonyms.
Why Does the Order Matter?
Later patterns reuse earlier ones, so a gap early on shows up again later. A good example is a connector, which joins two clauses. The ending -아서/어서 means "because" or "and so", but it cannot be followed by a command. You say 비가 오니까 우산을 가져가세요 (Since it is raining, take an umbrella), not 비가 와서 우산을 가져가세요. To see why, you need to know how the polite endings work first, which is what the A1 sheets train.
What Is the Best Order for the Sheets?
The best order is beginner, then particles and conjugation in either order, then intermediate, then advanced. Do one sheet over several days, not in a single sitting. Between sessions, review the same patterns with the grammar flashcards, which drill the forms on screen. The lessons are on the korean grammar page, and the beginner korean grammar lesson goes with the first sheet.

How Is Each Sheet Built?
All the sheets use the same design, so you know what to expect. Each page opens with a rule box of one or two lines and a solved example. Then come the items: short sentences with a blank, forms to fill in or sentences to fix. The answer key at the end gives each answer and a short reason, so a wrong answer leads back to the rule that was broken.
This design is meant for practice by hand. Writing the form yourself, and saying the finished sentence aloud, makes you recall the rule instead of recognising it, and recall is what you need in conversation.
Tips for Printing
All the sheets print in black and white on A4 or US Letter paper. Print at 100 percent scale, with "fit to page" turned off, so the writing cells stay the same size. Keep the 12 mm margins if you plan to punch holes. If you want the answers out of sight, print the last page of each PDF on its own.
This collection is for practice, not for first teaching. Each page assumes you have met the pattern in a lesson. Used one sheet at a time, the Korean grammar worksheets turn rules you have read into habits you can use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which grammar worksheet should I start with?
Start with the Beginner Korean Grammar Worksheet. It gives a short tour of particles, the polite present, past tense and negation, so you can see which topic needs more work. If particles or verb endings feel shaky afterwards, do the particles or conjugation sheet next. Move on to the intermediate sheet when the beginner pages go smoothly.
Do the sheets explain the grammar?
Only briefly. Each page has a rule box of one or two lines and a solved example, and the answer key adds a short reason for each answer. Full explanations are in the lessons, such as the grammar by level pages. The sheets are for practice: you apply the rule many times until it feels automatic.
How is the beginner sheet different from the particles and conjugation sheets?
The beginner sheet touches several topics lightly: a few particles, ten verbs, past tense and negation. The particles sheet and the conjugation sheet go deeper into one topic each, with more items and more cases. Use the beginner sheet to find your weak spot, then use the topic sheet to fix it.
Are answer keys included?
Yes, every PDF ends with an answer key as one extra page. It gives the correct answer and a one-line reason for each item. Keep the key face down until you finish the exercise pages, because checking early removes the recall practice that makes the sheet work. Print the key separately if you are teaching a class.
